At VISION STREET WEAR™ CANADA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags are attached and the footwear is unworn to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items back into their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your shipment.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized Canada Post location and keep your receipt for tracking until your refund is processed.
